1. Compliance-Related Refunds Only
As a general rule, all deposits and payments are final and non-refundable. However, SPK2GO.mobi may issue a refund only when all of the following conditions are met and the request falls into one of the compliance situations described below.
A compliance-related refund may be considered if:
Change in Legal Status of Services in Customer Location After your deposit or payment, the legality or regulatory status of the services provided by SPK2GO.mobi in your state, district, region, or country (“location”) changes in a way that prohibits us from lawfully providing the services to you.
Change in SPK2GO Service Availability Policy for Your Location SPK2GO.mobi changes its own internal policy and, as a result, no longer permits users in your location to access the services, even though such access may still be legally allowed.
Cancellation of a Pre-Paid Service That Does Not Occur You have paid for a specific, scheduled, or clearly defined service that has not yet been delivered, and SPK2GO.mobi cancels that service and does not provide a substitute or rescheduled service.
This does not include postponements, maintenance windows, or rescheduling where equivalent service access is later provided.
If your situation does not fall into one of the categories above, a refund will generally not be issued.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a compliance-related refund, you must submit a written request via email.
Send your request to:

Your email must include:
Your full legal name
Your SPK2GO username/screen name
The amount of the refund you are requesting
A clear reason for your refund request, including how it fits one of the compliance conditions above
Any relevant date(s) of deposit/payment and service impact (optional but helpful)
SPK2GO.mobi will review your request and may request additional information or documentation if needed.
Refund requests may take up to fourteen (14) business days to review and process. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to SPK2GO’s compliance, risk, and legal review.

Reason: After I deposited funds, SPK2GO.mobi updated its availability policy and is no longer allowing users in my state to access the services. I can no longer use the services for which I deposited these funds.
