1. Handwrite your request

On a piece of white paper or a standard 3x5 index card, handwrite the following information in ink:

• Full Legal Name
• The email address associated with your SPK2Go account
• Your residential address
• The following statement: "I am at least 18 years of age and I request NFT/Artwork to participate in the SPK2Go. I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy."

2. Mailing Requirements

• Place the handwritten request into a standard #10 envelope.
• Handwrite your return address and the words "NFT/Artwork Request" on the front of the envelope.
• Affix sufficient postage and mail it to our corporate processing center.

3. Processing

• Upon receipt and verification of your handwritten request, SPK2Go will credit your account with a set amount of promotional NFT/Artwork.
• Limit of one (1) request per outer postmarked envelope.
• Requests must be legible and originate from the account holder; automated or mechanically reproduced requests will be voided.

An address will be provided at a later time.
