NFT TERMS OF USE, RULES & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, minting, ownership, use, and participation related to Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) offered through SPK2GO.mobi (“SPK2GO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, minting, receiving, holding, or interacting with any SPK2GO NFT, you (“User,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. GENERAL OVERVIEW
SPK2GO NFTs are digital collectibles created for entertainment, engagement, and participation within the SPK2GO ecosystem. NFTs may include artwork, metadata, rarity designations, set associations, holographic attributes, audio or visual elements, and other platform-defined features.
NFTs do not represent securities, investments, ownership interests, profit rights, equity, dividends, or guarantees of value.
2. TOTAL SUPPLY
The initial total NFT supply is 2,000 NFTs
NFTs are distributed across multiple sets and rarity tiers
SPK2GO reserves the unrestricted right to add, expand, reduce, modify, or discontinue NFTs, sets, artwork, metadata, or associated mechanics at any time as the platform evolves
3. NFT SET STRUCTURE
3.1 Sets
Certain NFTs are grouped into defined Sets
Each Set contains a predetermined number of NFTs
Sets may vary by theme, size, rarity distribution, and completion requirements
3.2 Standalone NFTs
Some NFTs are issued as standalone NFTs
Standalone NFTs are not part of any set
Standalone NFTs are not eligible for set completion rewards
4. RARITY TIERS
NFTs may be classified into the following rarity tiers, as determined solely by SPK2GO:
Common
Uncommon
Rare
Epic
Legendary
Holographic
Rarity classifications are descriptive only and do not imply or guarantee value, utility, performance, or future benefit.
5. HOLOGRAPHIC NFTs
Holographic NFTs are special edition NFTs
They are typically awarded through set completion, promotions, or limited distribution mechanics
Holographic NFTs are not guaranteed and are not directly purchasable unless expressly stated
Holographic NFTs may include enhanced visuals, animations, metadata, or platform recognition
Holographic NFTs carry no guaranteed financial value or utility.
6. SET COMPLETION MECHANICS
Completing a Set requires collecting all NFTs assigned to that specific Set
Completed NFTs will remain visible in the User’s SPK2GO NFT index or historical gallery
A Holographic NFT or other designated reward may be issued at SPK2GO’s discretion
SPK2GO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue set completion mechanics at any time without notice.
7. ODDS & DISTRIBUTION
Each qualifying purchase mints one (1) NFT
SPK2GO makes no representations or guarantees regarding rarity outcomes, set completion success, or receipt of holographic NFTs.
8. OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

9. DIGITAL COINS, TOKENS & PLATFORM RIGHTS
Certain NFTs may reference, display, be associated with, or appear tethered to digital coins, tokens, or blockchain-based assets (“Coins”).
SPK2GO expressly reserves the right to retain full custody, control, ownership, and possession of all Coins at all times, regardless of NFT ownership, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by SPK2GO.
Ownership of an NFT does not convey ownership, custody, transfer rights, withdrawal rights, or redemption rights to any Coin, whether now or in the future.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF VALUE
Users acknowledge and agree:
All purchases are final, except where required by law.

SPK2GO may suspend or terminate User access or this Agreement at any time for violations, misuse, fraud, or legal compliance. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein are revoked.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPK2GO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, or punitive damages arising from NFT ownership or platform use.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which SPK2GO operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, minting, holding, or interacting with any SPK2GO NFT, you confirm your acceptance of all terms contained in this Agreement.
